Steps:

Call Rockband at 1(650)628-1001

Get to talk to an agent (Just completely confuse the autohelper thing, and say speak to an agent)

When you are talking on the phone tell the agent that your Rockband or Rockband 2 has stopped working and the disc has 0 scratches in it and is in mint condition

IF THEY ASK AND ONLY IF THEY ASK SAY THAT YOU HAD THE GAME FOR UNDER A MONTH

They will ask for your information and just comply with them its not hard

They will then send you a new Rockband without you having any proof you have actually bought the game

In 5-10 Business Days enjoy or sell your new Rockband or Rockband 2

This guide does work and was made by me it is not ripped, i have done this atleast 8 times and just turned around and sold the games to gamestop for $20USD
