Hes been banned multiple times for it and unbanned again and again, I wasnt a mod then so I don't have the entire story.

How many times do you need him to repeat the offense to actually hand out the predetermined punishment?

Not the first time Sythe & staff have turned a blind eye. It's absolutely pathetic. How much are you charging for this inner-circle protection?

The argument was that he claimed it's his own account that he recovered. Correct me if I'm wrong, but he doesn't indicate that he recovered someone else's account.
