Yes, he's a scammer he want every seller to show him a proof and wont going first. Moreover, he rejected xel to be mming a trade and he will asking for an OMM and he want seller to pay the fee for him. What a loser.. just look at all his post and you will see the trade never went through because he trying to scam everyone and he's fucking low baller. Trade with caution for this guy.
