And most mods who have been around a minute have seen cases where users have been banned for selling stolen items/goods for banned scammers.

As such, Jake Kastle needs to be banned. He sells lots of names, many of which have been scammed/sniped (name sniping has been clarified as a bannable offence (http://sythe.org/sythe-org-news/148431-sythe-org-official-rules.html)), or/and he is selling names for a banned scammer, Aaron (whom staff have already confirmed he is a banned scammer).

As we can see here (the post by sanctumx at 18:36): someone confirms Jake is continually either buying stolen goods from the scammer Aaron then RESELLING THEM ON SYTHE (bannable offence), or he is working with Aaron to sell the stolen goods on Sythe (more likely given the amiable way that Jake and Aaron chat and collude on Skype).

Additionally, Jake himself CONFIRMS that one of the two options above is true. When Alex posted the accusation about Jake still selling names for Aaron, Jake says that he bought the name from Aaron (buying sniped (and coincidentally, stolen) goods) and is now selling them on Sythe (SanctumX) said he would confirm Jake's offer to sell him the scammed name).

Honestly, Jake has demonstrated that not only is he butt buddies with this scammer, but he is just as shady, and has, as per Sythe's own stipulations, been dealing in stolen goods or colluding to help a scammer sell stolen goods, which naturally warrants a ban.
