Step 1: buy Chef's delight (m3)'s max GE, on the account you're xfering OFF of, Account A. You can get 100 per hour, but they're bought out right now.
Step 2: Decant all these Delights into (m4)'s at GE. Account A will stay at GE at all times.
Step 3: Sell these Delights to the account you're xfering cash ON to, Account B. This account will run back and forth from Nardah to the GE.
Step 4: Go to Shanty's pass on Account B, take the carpet to Pollnivneach, then run to the south end of town, take the carpet to Nardah, then go to the herblore NPC accross from the bank, take out 18 (m4)'s and make them 3 dose, you'll get 24 (m3)s, do this til you're out of (m4)s. sell these back to the account you're xfering OFF of, and repeat step 2.
Notes: If you do this alone while dual logging, you can pull 20-30m an hour, if you have a partner i've seen around 70m.
