So basically I bought gp using ukbt (they know its not been instant ever for me) and i have been going into the chat every 1-2 hours to double check if its been sent yet, yesterday 7am i sent £5.03 and i checked every 2-3 hours to see if was sent since then, so last night about 10pm i joined the chat asked, the people with ukbt access were sleeping so i said ok and went to sleep, it is now 9am next morning and as soon as i joined chat muffy said ''stop harrassing us we dont get your money'' and banned me on chat multiple times (i kept coming back to find a solid reason and it kept leading to more bans)

The payment was UKBT

I know he wouldn't have a good reason to ban me multiple times but 35mins ago i got a confirmination from my bank (i had to phone) and they confirm it was sent last night (12hour delay) and when i went to chat dismorning they kept banning me and making chat dissapear due to harrassment
