Bemepan has reported a post.

Reason:

He stole 30m+40m+30m using the PayPal chargeback scam (look it up)!! To sum up how the scam works: He basically sends you the money through PayPal and once he gets the Runescape gold he requests a chargeback from PayPal. PayPal will side with him (the buyer) against you(The seller) and you will never be able to revert the chargeback. You've basically lost your Runescape gold this way.

Ofc he uses several paypal accounts, one for each transfer so that PayPal can't notice his behavior. He says to you that "his friends" are going to buy the gold from you, but that's obviously a lie.

Now I have to pay back almost 200 USD to PayPal + I lost my Runescape money.

Admin/Mods ban this guy and cross-reference to see if he has several accounts. I know you can find out if he has other accounts, and he probably has.
