    On the thread however, yes, one single Global moderator can deny this on bases of his opinion on the matter. In this case, the facts are that there are not even close to enough threads in the section for the suggestion you made (a sticky consolidating all 'I got banned' threads).
    Feel free to pm a moderator in charge of that section, like Superman said.
