Side note: The same thing happened to me when I was buying from Kinguin, they said it was automated anti-fraud detection however I was able to get it resolved with them, hopefully it's the same case with this.

EDIT(UPDATE): Got the money refunded, although a little agitated I was required to verify because my order was over $20, kind of a waste of time in the end because I didn't want to or have the means to provide the ID, would've been good to know before hand, it's probably best to include that in the post to stop people wasting more than an hour of their day like I did.
