Report on chicks

Went to swap crypto with chicks they told me they had the funds to swap it out. I send the skrill to get crypto in return, Turns out they "have a problem" after receiving the skrill. they then need to refund me after wasting 2-4 hours. best thing they want to offer is 2.00$ for fee but very unacceptable to say you can receive the funds and just refund? should of never took the funds to begin with. i think that is common understanding don't lie to customers
edit: refund was already done so no scam has happened, but the lieing aspect is wat i dont find acceptable.

But as it stand chicks is already a DNT on Sythe for bad trading practices, So there not much we can do.
