Why do you think they are ban evading:
Still trying to sell off his two character name. Same interest in Pokemon names ([S] Gen 2 pokemon and L name). Joined a week after @May was banned (most recent account from what I can tell). Like with the @May report, not the best evidence but his personality isn't too hard to spot.

Assuming the IP audit is VPN hopping, just force a dispute from a home IP
If a home IP suggests it's not him, then fair enough.
