we had a deal, but then he said ''the original owner, wants it back'' (he didnt mention he wasn't or was the original owner himself) he then said ''i don't want him to recover on you, else i get the ban'' which made me want to give him back the account because if he did recover i doubt he would've refunded my money. i think this is TWC worthy atleast

 

Yeah so he was actually acting in your best interest here by not letting you pay for an account he wasn't 100% sure was secure in your hands. No twc will be issued for safe trading practices
