Report a Scammer: R 3 A L

I Contacted "R 3 A L" Via MSN to buy 2 Crowns off him for 15$, I was going first, he said alright, for me to send 15 USD Via Paypal as a Gift. In the Personal message box I had to say something like, "Thanks for the Virtual Item." or something along those lines. I told him I sent the money, he said okay, then he asked me to download teamviewer and show him my paypal saying I sent it, I said no (I was scammed by 2 viewer a few days prior) I said I'd send him a picture, he said fine, so I did, he said okay, and then said he had to restart his computer because of lag, I said no, he signed out, it currently says hes online, but he will not respond to me.
