Report a scammer : PingusMorton

Hello,

PingusMorton Asked me to buy my 1m+ an hour method wich was bottable he asked me if he could first use it for 10 - 30 minutes so he could see if it really was 1m+ an hour so i said ok. I asked him if he was sure he wanted it and he said yes and he wouldn't scam me he acted otherwise.

Ps. ion the picture he says he can't do it as he is lvl 3 combat the required skills arent cb related so big fail.
