Why do you think they are ban evading:

Ip Audits of both accounts seem to follow a trend of having loads of different IPs for both accounts for having a small account age

The accounts are on the same IP audit

Theunderdog was banned at saturday 2:32am my time and not a pker was made saturday 5:12pm

Trends in (bad) grammar and spelling in these threads and similar layout [50$]Not A pker Powerlevelling/NMZ Service [50$ donor] [Cheap] TheUnderdog Skilling Service! [3 FREE orders left!]

TheUnderdog Vouch page!! and not a pker vouch page! seem to be similar in use of caps lock

what i think seals the deal: selling good med account! not a pker Account Shop!

The stats of the accounts above are exactly the same except for the hitpoints level (86-87) , the construction increase (27-53) and attack level increase (75-76), quest points the same number and 10 days between the creation of both threads can easily account for the difference

Banned, thanks for the report @TheUnderdog was ban evading @Hc Downie and a shitload more profiles most of them I have banned.
EDIT: IP match was a VPN btw.
