Admits to refusing to recover a RS acc he sold to someone claiming that they recovered something on him (which he has no proof of).

Whether it was against another scammer or not, it's probably not best to have people on sythe who are willing to fall back on their transactions because the other person is "being a pain". And from what i've found, he's also had a previous ban for attempting to sell stolen accounts/stolen gp/the soulsplit database, and I believe there was also something about him being involved in other forms of hacking which is currently unconfirmed.

From what i've found there was 2 disputes he made which both got denied?.. Yet he's unbanned.. Couldn't find a pardon etc..

And in his disputes he claims he only sold stolen goods offsite, yet within this time period (between the DB leak and his unban) he was also selling other items related to soulsplit which quite possibly could have been stolen..

Note how he was buying a dicer, then a little bit later he's selling one without claiming to have bought one or receiving any vouches for a dicer account purchase..

He was just pardoned for this.
