Banned

My username was elevape and I was banned on an account waaaay back when for scamming 10m or something I was a child then and it has been quite a few years since and every new account ive tried to make seems to get banned for being linked to a previously banned account and the cycle continues. I sincerely regret and apologize for what i did when i was a 12 year old but I really just want to start enjoying runescape again and buy an account and some gold. I would really appreciate a pardon.
