If you want to go from Tier 1 to Tiers 2-3 it is~500k
If you want to go from Tier 1 to Tiers 4-5 it is~8M

Boosting does not build any trust, if i were you I'd put some pictures of any you've completed and do a couple for free , not to tier 6 but to like tier 2 or whatever.
