I own a level 131, has barrows gloves, and many quests done (280 qp i believe), however it only has around 70 herb, account is maxed combat wise, with 71 prayer, it is currently f2p, pm me if you're interested. (will use a middle man/take payment after if you deem me not trustworthy.)
