Rename Skill Training under RS Services

Hello Sythe Community.

I want to suggest a rename of the Skill Services tab under the Runescape Services Sub-Forum to something along the lines of EoC Skilling Services. It seems, as of late, that more 07 Scape users are posting requests/services in this area when we clearly have an '07 Services area. I know its a tad bit confusing at the moment for me since I am not sure if this was intentional or not. If it was intentional, excuse my rant.

I am only mentioning this as I am strictly an EoC service provider and I constantly get pms and adds on skype asking if my service is for 07. I know name changes aren't really that important grand scheme of things. But its worth a shot.

If any mods/users have any clarification on this matter, I would greatly appreciate it ^_^

 

Completely agree.

Although now that the 07 servers have been out for a while and the services for those are just as present as those on eoc, some restructuring could probably take place now

^ That looks good. I just started my own services so if this would clear up confusion and makes things easier I definitely support.

 

After looking at the section, it is a bit clusterfucked.

I'll go ahead and make a topic in the staff lounge about possibly changing the layout to look like so -

The only issue is, It doesn't really label anything for Rs3 but I also don't think it's right to label the main one's Rs3 services because I fear it'll cause some people to believe there's no specific forum for Rs07 services and then post all the rs07 services in the "Other Services" subforum.

Edit: I know this is Roary's layout I just wanted to let it be known that this is the layout I'll be presenting to the staff .

 

Also, more input would be awesome. If you guys have other suggestions/layouts please don't hold back

 

Would definitely like more focus on 2007, as it can be a pain in the ass to find what you want in the 2007 services section as it is, because there's just everything jumbled together.

 

I like the ideas posted above. Just a little bit of organization will go along way

support when you offer different services solely for 07 its so confusing e.g if they dont specify if its for eoc or 07 the service they want you have to add them or skype/pm and it wastes time

 

Here's an update:

I've gone and requested an administrator to make the change (should happen within a week), and then I'll personally go through pages of the current market sections to move 2007 threads to their appropriate new section (also should happen within a week). Thanks for the suggestion folks, approved!
