Removing the Team Lead System

Yes, Giddy has done a great job in the RaS section.

I however feel like I have not quite worked up to Global (don't demote me just yet ), so I am going to be working double time, hopefully to staiten a few things out, to prove to some people, that I will be a help to this site.

 

You obviously have NO idea of how much Tgump does, fool. Get your facts straight before posting.

 

I'm not going to do a back and forth on this thread and get temp banned for something completely useless.

Giddy completely deserves Global. Tgump and Billy do not. You certainly do not Solid Tank

Gratz to all of you. As a new mod I wasn't familiar with the Team Lead system, so the updated system doesn't mean much to me. It seems like everyone wanted this to happen, so I look forward to seeing how it works.

Giddy is finally global. Well deserved.

 

Not being funny, but the admins made there choice. I don't think it would be the wrong one, about favouritism it is based on the work put into the job. So stop complaining and get on with the job that has been assigned to you.

In relation to the topic, Giddy most certainly worked more than hard enough to deserve global and if anything you should be debating a less active global's rank

Admins aren't giving ranks for the sake of giving ranks and that's the way it should be

When you do something to deserve it, I'm sure you'll be ranked accordingly

What does time have to do with anything? The only thing that it would have to do with is if they actually DID things in that time.

Let's see, Macroman led us on this GREAT TROLL for the longest time, and was inactive for QUITE a while. That's why he isn't a Global I'm guessing.

Billyy, I don't know much about. What I do know, is that he didn't get 7K Mod logs in a few months.

As for Swan, he is gone for about the next month, so I didn't quite understand that promotion either.

Nope. I'm about to make a guide on it in fact because when I first joined sythe, I had no idea what it meant.

Global means you can control the entire forum almost as an admin but you can't edit the forum it self.

Rs mods can only control the rs section

 

Quit bitching... Your reasons are full of fallacies. Unb4nn3d especially, you guys seem to go after people you don't like and come up with some dumb reason why someone is what.

The staff team is full of a bunch of great guys. From Sythe MMORPG mods to Admin they all do something to help out and are great people to get to know. Now I know you might disagree with recent promotions as others probably do, and even some that were promoted themselves do, but don't go around posting things you do not know.

We do all this for free and keep this site running for you guys so you can do business, chat with others, etc. Hate us, Love us, we will still do what we can to help this site out for you guys.

 

I agree with the free part, but i am willing to Pay you guys in GP 1mil GP monthly, and if you get that from 100 members, that's enough pay for you guys, anyway, i wish i had hard working construction guys that work free like you guys lol.

But ya i am willing to pay 1mil a month, to access this Site, that should pay for all expenses.

Bleh, I have pictures of it. And my 'verbal attack' on Billyy was worth it, as he's been part of the Thread said above as well, and was making fun of one my dead relative earlier. They passed away 9 days ago.
