remove twc

Hello, Seems like I was given a twc upon also trying to change my name: I had this issue in the past when someone thought I was ban evading, I proved my identity and provided evidence, I don't see why this is a problem again, Is there any like past post history you guys can look up? Also if there is any info you will need here let me know, I will provide.

Also I have an issue with my profile regarding something that is unrelated to me in any manner, and can harm my business in the present and future. I find it to be completely pointless as to why it shoes even on my profile.

where it says referred by: sami rsps, Sami is someone who scammed me personally for $150 usd, that I have yet to receive to this day. I don't want to be associated or want to be known as a scammer, That is not who I am, nor is it my identity. I would ike that removed please.
