I use it and I enjoy being able to read other user's location as well. Therefore it is useful to me, and I am sure to many other people as well. I really don't understand how it bothers you so much that you want it removed. You could simply just ignore it and not use it. If it was like a free user title more people would use it, although you said nobody uses it. Plus it is really unnoticeable unless you are looking specifically for it, it does not stand out at all. It would be nice to see a little more construction on suggestions.

It would simply be a waste of time to remove something so simple and that would have no positive effect on anything. Time can be better spent.
