***REMOVE if not ok*** how can i make a title on spoiler

exampe below! how can i title it without it saying "spoiler" when someone is wanting to view it?

It'll always have the word "Spoiler" in front of it, the only difference is - you can give it a name after it.

Normal spoilers:

Code:

[spoiler]carrots[/spoiler]

Example:

Spoiler

carrots

Spoilers with a name:

Code:

[spoiler=Carrot]carrots[/spoiler]

Example:

Spoiler: Carrot

carrots

 

Can it look like "Carrot" rather then to be "Spoiler:Carrot"?
