Remove 2fa, lost device

Hi,

Havent used sythe in a while and wanted to use it again. I had 2fa enabled but I now have a different phone. My phone number however is the same. I still got access to the registered email and even have a paypal transaction id for a sythe purchase.

Could you help me remove 2fa. I rather do not disclose my things like email on a public thread (unless this post is only visible to staff).
