I thought the balls feelings were like a common thing everywhere, do other schools not do them?

It's always been something I just accepted as normal, all ohio schools do them, I honestly never really thought about these until I saw this thread but now I'm genuinely wondering if we just had a pervert for governor at the time because I've never heard of anyone complaining about these unless its for a physical in the past 3-4 years.
