its not useful at all. all you do is extend your timer by a few secs, u dont stop it.

its not how hes explaining it is at all.

You do delay your timer. You must not be doing it right, you use an interface to delay your timer with a certain skill.

BTW, they are updating BH and PVP soon with minor things soon and this being fixed may be one of them.
