now i have been in this situation before with a girl i have known for AGES i started flirting etc but turnt out she wasnt interested and that ruined are friendship :( and im sorry to rain on your parade}lol but if you cant tell her now chances are you wont ever be able to tell her

Ask her if she likes anyone and name off random guys until your name comes up and see if she pauses, or stutters or anything, if she does, go for the kill and ask her out, if not and she says sorry no, just be like that's cool, and start naming more guys.

Maybe modify that idea a bit. Ask her who she likes... If she says "No one" or "[guys name here]" she probably is not into you. But if she says "I don't know.." or "Someone" [then smiles], then she may be in to you. You have to see how she acts around other guys. Does she flirt with you at all?
 
Yeah, don't keep pestering her if she says no one, that's a big turnoff.

Ok, so say getting to know her doesn't work, Obtain her adress or get to know where she lives, buy her a present write her a letter or whatever, make it formal and tell her how you feel.

k anyways guys shes not into me.. i finally got the guys to ask her to a movie we went and seen national treasure after the date we kissed and i dont think she was that into me.. but we were still cool the next day so i guess its better to stay friends..
