Just straight up go talk to her, don't tell her you like her, just make small talk and eventually something might come out of it. I am not a licensed 'date service' helper so don't expect my suggestion to help.

ask her to go to the movies with you or somethin.. go see a scary movie (something like no country for old men) and hold her hand there, if she pulls away, give up or try harder to win her.. if she does whisper in her ear that you like her more than a friend.. then score. (Y)

I know it's hard's to tell a chick that. Just try to start a conversation and just try to lead up to that that you like her. Just say that you like her more than just a friend and if she'd want to go to dinner or a movie sometime.

i suggest asking your real life friends or even parents instead of asking people on sythe.
Also the main reason you are liking her is because you have known her for a long time and know many things about her and i bet you guys have a good time together.
I think you should just get her alone like.........
ask her out( as a friend) and see how it goes but dont rush her and just have fun with her as a friend
than at the end just say i had a great time and MAYBE tell her how you feel and say that we should do this again sometimes or just ask her to be your girlfriend....

Asking someone out and getting rejected can make a friendship awkward.
Your pretty much, if you decide to ask her out, better off putting everything on the line rather than giving them subtle hints, as she may just consider the activity (such as a movie) as just going out as friends.
Not a brutal idea, but asking on sythe is NOT a bad idea. Don't tell someone off for going to sythe for relationship advice. Believe it or not, there are people on this site that are more mature and have valuable insight and knowledge into problems people face in relationships. It gives people a chance to explain thier problems to someone who they do not know, and they can feel much more comfortable in doing so.
Overall, I think you should give us more information regarding this girl. Your best bet is to do it face-to-face, please never do anything major over the internet or phone, it makes you look like a coward. You can't just straight out tell her you have feelings for her, you need to work a conversation and bring the topic to you liking her and teling her/asking her out.
