Relation between dinosaurs and dragons!

The Dinosaur. Prehistoric ruler of Earth for many, many years. Enormous, short arms, and powerful legs. Said to have died from unknown cause.

The Dragon. Mythical(?) creature. Origin of chinese culture. Enormous, sometimes illustrated as slinky and flying, sometimes illustrated as large, and similar to dinosaurs.

Is there a relation? Are dragons real? Could they be a distinct sibling?

Dragons are not real...they are pure imagination. A long time ago when dinosaur bones were find in China, they were believed to be dragons who crashed back down to Earth.

the chinese created the image of the dragon. some believe that they saw flames in the sky (meteors) and they thought they were dragons flying and such. if you think about it, meteors resemble dragons very much; they have fire on them, they fly, they have tails, and they are also large. chinese had made tales of dragons and they later uncovered dinasaur bones and believed that the dragon had crashed and died or something.

Yeah, i'm pretty sure dragons are bs. Dinosaurs on the other hand have been proved to be real.

He's not trying to find an explanation. He's trying to find peoples opinions.. Most of you tried to give explanations as to what dragons were, which was actually irrelevant.

BTW- Dragons weren't said to have tails that reach millions of miles, like seldom meteors .. Atleast, I believe it was meteors .. :/
