AutoSorcGarden Pro is definately a strong possibility. It yields some great Thieving XP and cash and you get Farming XP too! There's no downside! Using this bot, 99 Thieving is achievable in 13 days, although I heard that Spam Reporter got it in just 10, so it really is a great bot.
If Thieving doesn't really seem like your thing, you could always purchase a kMiner auth from kMiner.org. This too is a great bot and is said to be the best mining bot on the market, it supports almost every known mining location, every ore and every type of mining. It will give you great cash and maximise your Mining XP! This bot is only $11.99 so it's well within your price range.
