In regards to the now closed thread here: https://www.sythe.org/posts/26453818/

I would like to know if the user did infact have recent pictures of items on the account, especially something with no tradeable value like overloads that would nevertheless be something of value on the account, would I [as the service provider who's also taking responsibility for my workers actions] then have been responsible for said items? Being then guilty unless proven innocent, having to prove that either they were compromised (e.g. their skype info is known by another, e.g. friend/hacker) or that the customer themself removed said items (obviously very unlikely in the case of untradeable items if they are the original owner of the account).

I'll be changing up my system even further than stated to reduce the risk of these disputes occurring regardless of the answer to this thread, but I am curious nonetheless on what the usual outcome of such a situation is, especially so that I know if I should be factoring in the value of untradeables when the customer retains access to the account while it's being serviced & if I should simply never allow the customer to retain access to an account at the same time it's being serviced by myself/worker.

I mean to be honest with these reports it's almost impossible to find out who has removed items from the account. What i would recommend is for the person to just xfer almost all their wealth apart from what is needed on the account for the service. There is no need to keep extra wealth on the account. As for untradeable items that's just another risk the person requesting the service is going to have to take. It's impossible to prove who dropped/destroyed the items. For all we know the customer themselves could have dropped the items to try and obtain some extra money from the person providing the service.
