Could I possibly be unbanned with a TwC and Market Ban?

I never scammed anyone, and I have proof I repayed that guy.

After talking for lots of time to xD, he repayed me my lost!
He gt hacked and the hackers scammed my arse off!
but now he repayed me to the last Gp. Hes a good man!
