Regarding the ayy ban.

I'll pay back ayys debt for now and accept ayy owing me instead of them.
He doesn't need to stay banned for owing me then, i trust he pays back when he can. He gets his money off of sythe orders so this only speeds up the process.

I'd first like to know who and the amount though, possibly from firez since he probably cleared up this thread:

I'm fine with you paying them and having Ayy owe you. If you're willing to take that risk and you believe he'll be able to make the money on Sythe, then I'm all up for that, however my only concern is that if he ends up scamming another user, it will be on you because in theory he shouldn't be unbanned till he pays back the scammed victims.

I'll leave this up for other staff opinions but

tl;dr -

Yes you can pay them for Ayy, but if Ayy comes back and scams, you will need to pay those scammed victims also, at least until Ayy has completed paid you back, then your "partnership" is now over.

All left to know is:

Do i have to refund nick right now or wait untill all the reports with him and ziggily are solved? If i have to refund now, do i pay nick or the victims that nick made?
If i don't have to refund now, and wait till he's vetoed i'd like ayy unbanned for the time being if that's possible. Same rules as agreed above still apply in that case.
