I moved it from general discussion to spam, because it didn't belong there.

As I said in the other thread, if he's only planning to pay you back if it'd get him unbanned, then his motives are in the wrong place, and he's not getting a free pass back to scam again. Didn't he fake being hacked when you reported him in the first place?
