Regarding New Crossbow

But what about that new staff that came out a couple days ago? It's better than the chaotic staff and it can hold spells of any type saving inventory space. In my opinion id wait for the update before you do anything.

 

My guess is that the CCB will remain to be the strongest crossbow, but I think that the dragon crossbow will have some OP special attack. There is just about no way it won't have a special, since as far as I know, every dragon weapon has a special.

 

The Great Runic Staff has +10% magic damage boost; the Chaotic Staff has +20% damage boost. Even though the Chaotic Staff can't hold charges of spells, it still is better in almost all situations for casting spells.

Creative Nub's idea about a good special attack crossbow has merit, in my opinion. None of the Chaotics have a special, and basically no ranged weapon has a viable spec (even the D Bow fails miserably). Maybe we're due for a high hitting ranged weapon?

 

I think the fact that it's an upgradeable weapon already makes it poor, no way it's going to be better than ccb in my book.

 

If the new cbow gonna be buyable, itll be really expensive, unless you dont mind wait for like 1 month after it gets release for the price to stabalise then you should wait

 

I kinda doubt this considering Ranged already deals out the highest damage consistently.

Also getting specced out at a distance wouldn't be too well liked.

 

Fuck. They're finally coming out with the dragon crossbow? Really tempting me to come back for one month just to get that lol
