Regarding my ban [Richard please read]

I don't have much time to type up this appeal, but I hope I cover everything - and excuse my typos.

Daily told me to post this in the dispute section and said he'd give his feedback and try to get this worked out. No one ever gave a reason as to why I was banned in the first place. It seemed due to lack of evidence they resorted in throwing random accusations my way; some of which made no sense whatsoever.

I'm not giving up easily, as my ban was completely undeserved and lacked any kind of evidence. Many staff and regular users know this. Two moderators had "Unban Snowboard-Ninja" signatures for awhile. Thing is, everyone in power doesn't want to risk that power (through their friendships) by critisizing any move (right or wrong) made by those in higher power. I respect the few that aren't ass-kissing. I respect all of the users that respected my right to speak my mind and question my ban; namely Macroman, CP, Matthew, Zypur, Sythe, and Daily.

I never went with this common way of sucking up to someone just because they are in a place of power. I don't respect those with power; unless they give me a reason to do so. I hate suck-ups, but I absolutely dispise those who are flattered by these suck-ups and help them reach their own state of power. Entrenched power is a problem with this website, Richard knows this. My attitude was the key factor that resulted in my ban.

The accusations thrown at me were somewhat rididulous. The main one being that I "Crack Runescape Accounts". This accusation derived from benwise90, after he found my alias on a website which supports cracking. Evidence from other websites cannot be used as banning evidence against users in the first place; otherwise it would be way to easy to get an enemy banned, by taking their alias and breaking a rule. The user "Snowboard-Ninja" on the website had no post count whatsoever anyways! Also, a very well known moderator of this website used to be an administrator there and this hasn't caused any trouble for him. I'm friends with the owner of the website, I have never attempted at cracking, as I always keep the law even when it comes to cheating. Sin666 said that I shouldn't be unbanned because I sold cracked accounts. Selling cracked accounts is not against the rules. I figured the accounts were cracked because the supplier was a friend of a famous cracker (cmd19872002 who is well known for cracking a level 1 combat account back in 2007), and because the first passwords I received as the account information usually were extremely insucure passwords like "monkey", or "pokemon". If you are going to start banning people who aren't sure but suspect their accounts to have been originally cracked - then you are going to have to ban 5 or 6 very well known sythe members; including atleast one staff member. None of my accounts were recovered (other than "kitri" which I refunded the user in cash, even though I was already banned).

Now if someone wants to throw in a reason as to why I shouldn't be unbanned, post your reasons and your evidence. It's hard to find evidence of something that never happened. Hopefully my appeal will shed some light on the situation, and if someone could direct richard to take a quick look at this appeal that would be fantastic; thanks (Y). Staff, I will be awaiting either a reply with full evidence towards my ban, or a few apologies from the ass-hole who caused this ban; Finn.
