No, he wasn't. A mod has jurisdiction over any thread, and can infract any way he seems fit. Ask any mod.

 

Agree, DDOS you are fighting a lost cause arguing here. I have seen mods post this countless times, that a mod from any section can infract anyone he deems worthy in any other section even if it is not his/her section.

 

Actually no, they don't. They do... But they aren't suppose to, Admins just don't do anything to stop them. Until... Sythe get's on. Then they decide to do their job and inform mod's.

billy is good .he does alot of work and im not sure x9 been here alot longer and so on and i belive it should be the staffs decision

 

God damn, do you even read before you post? I know its the staff decision you twat, i understand that. That is not what this thread is about. I am simply giving feedback on their decision, nothing more, nothing less.

 

My 2 cents are that I agree, Billyy would make an awesome off topic lead.

But, I've not really ever seen x9 post, or inf, or do his job as I can't see when he infracts anyone, etc, but I've never really seen him post much.
All I've seen from Billyy is enough to convince me he'd be great for it.
