Regarding a bought account,security

I bought an account that has never been members.

If i make him member would that person who sold him to me have less chance of getting the account back?

if not
How long should i wait till i can make him a member?

well it depends.
does it have recoveries?
if not set recovories
if so change them
make a member via creditcard.
they may be able to acces [ 1 in a million chance ] but you could get the account back so fast it isn't funny.

 

well if u use cc u hack it back...if u use pbp u have proof if he changes the recovs that your the *real* owner
