Refused to OMM

I had a bad feeling from the beginning of the trade, guy looked suspicious. Was selling a partyhat for an unusual cheap price, and first thing he said was hes not going first. He did not know who i was, and his first line was " im not going first" I got omm plznate in the chat, and he disconnected/block or left the chat.

Posting confirmation. This guy bailed as soon as I entered and requested verification. I would suggest TwC unless he can actually verify that he had a hat (even though thats 1/4 of the current going rate for a white, which leads me to believe it was just a scam effort).
