Refunding Boglagold.com causing serious issues.

I sold Boglagold.com 170.4M 07RS at 0.88$ per mil on the 29th January.
Came to withdrawing day on Monday but had issues with Paypal, was told that I must wait until Friday for a resolution. On Friday the 3rd of February they stated due to different addresses on ID/New bank account I was unable to withdraw/Send those specific funds elsewhere and I was 'advised', more like forced, to issue a refund. I issued the refund for the exact amount I was paid by Boglagold.com


HOWEVER

On going to Boglagold.com Eva, a livechat worker, told me I had too wait until the 10th until it cleared for them, I HAVE and WILL continue producing evidence which shows the refund has cleared on my side. On refusing to even give me 5-10% of the gold back until the issue was resolved on their side, Paul, another live chat worker told me some dudu on 'affiliation with accounts being limited' causing issues for Boglagold.com that I would not get a refund/partial refund until they themselves had fully received the monies back.

Resolution I am looking for

I would like a moderator to vote in my favour that Boglagold.com should pay me a small % of the gold back that I sold them until the issue is resolved on their end, as my evidence proves I have refunded the money and it has completed and is not my fault, nor responsibility, that things run smoothly on their side. Paul also stated that 'Paul We'll await your topic. If it's ruled in your favour you can have everything they feel is fair'.

If I am unable to get a small % of the gold back then I request that Bogla and affiliated accounts working for Boglagold.com are temporarily banned from trading off Sythe. Paul also told me that the moderators would link the required Bogla accounts to this thread.

 

Bogla showed me proof that they never got a refund, you'll have to contact paypal to work out whatever issue it is they are causing you. If you are having issues with your paypal and withdrawing that's not really Bogla's problem. You asked for paypal in exchange for your gold and that's what they gave you
