refer a friend question

How long does is usually take after your refered accouint becomes a member for your account to become a member? Im asking because i refered a new account i made and then made it a member. now on the other account it say my friend registered for runescape but says it hasnt become a member even know it has. im fuckin pissed

 

did you log in on the new account?

I'm not sure but I believe I've read something about minimal stats that have to be achieved on the referred account.
