Already dealt with

Few months back TreeGP's "worker"(probably himself honestly) scammed me for $1030, i lost the case due to not having valid proof (although i believe there were many liabilities that he should be held accountable for). Lost the case when i reported the thread, whatever.

NOW, he has been caught with some malicious activity recently. In these pictures he has vowed to give me my $1030 if anything shady happens. Countless amounts of threads have been made on him for scamming.

Here is the proof of him vowing.

I got the whole video of the chat logs, he said those statements at around 1:10 of the video

So, he said it himself that he will refund the money. So does he get banned for making that agreement and not owning up to it?

I had said he could post this because of a line tree said about the worker doing anything suspicious and the potential of a refund if that happened. I thought it was worth a discussion

 

this happened with collin not emile, and even then emile stole far more than the 2k i got from him, plus there's going to be a line of chargebacks coming through soon

 

If it wasn't even emile then I will have to close this. I'll leave it open for OP's response if he has one
