I got RedGiant61 to do some powerleveling for me, 2.5B to 120 slayer, 2.2B for 120 prayer and thieving (1.1B each). I also paid him 1.45B to keep for D bones and to return the rest to me when the leveling is complete. He messaged me recently saying my bank has been cleared. No one else but me and him had the password to begin with, and he gave the password to a friend, who he initially said he didn't trust with large amounts of money.

I stated clearly that I will not log in to the account (I logged in to pay membership but online, not in game), as I didn't want to risk the account being locked or flagged up.

Can a mod (@Dave) please have a look at this and get this guy to give me the appropriate refund, I'm sure he didn't clear the bank but his friend did, who works for RedGiant61 so its his responsibility. They are claiming that I cleared my own bank, which I don't see how that will benefit me in any way.

2 reasons why my friend wouldnt clear the bank.

1) I have trusted him with much more in the past month or so (2b osrs bank)
2) He used his own money on a very OP Treasure hunter promo to get like 40m bxp on slayer out of which 20m bxp is still on the account. Scamming would basically make that bxp useless and waste.

I said I did not trust him at that point because we had not done as much business back then. since then I know for sure he couldnt have taken the gp.

Here's RedGiant61 stating that he will look after my 1.45B in an alternative account and only use small amounts as and when necessary for prayer. He only managed to get roughly 5m xp for prayer (with 94.5% left) Therefore I am expecting most of this 1.45B refunding to me. RedGiant61 is claiming that there was roughly 1B stolen from the account, so I'm sure he's going to refuse to refund me. I'm not entirely sure why there was even 1B on the account considering that I didn't want that much money on the account and neither did he, he was specific about that (evidence above).

I'd also like to add that I understand the account had some expensive armour and weapons and supplies for slayer etc. but that would not exceed more than 300m and as for prayer bones RedGiant61 agreed to do d bones which should amount to roughly 28m. So even if he refuses to refund me for the items that his friend stole I expect approx. 1.15B refunded from the 1.45B I gave him to hold for me.

As for not completing the tasks I set him, I expect exactly 2.5285B refunded.

Calculations: refund 0.8125B for slayer, 0.6765B for thieving, 1.0395B for prayer. You had 32.5% slayer left thus refunding 32.5% of 2.5B. You had 61.5% thieving left thus refunding 61.5% of 1.1B. You had 94.5% prayer left thus refunding 94.5% of 1.1B.


Thus in total RedGiant61 owes me 3.6785B refund. And a further 300m if I can convince a mod that I didn't clear my own bank.
Math doesn't lie, I hope he stays true to his word.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but don't skillers generally have the password changed before training so this doesn't happen? Regardless, I've given him a DNT until he refunds you for the training
 
You really are a sneaky character, you don't reply to me all day, and as soon as you have a DNT you're back on immediately.

Just because Video mentioned the word 'training' doesn't mean you can exclusively refund the training, you will refund me the whole sum of 3.6785B without question. Then the extra 300m is up for discussion as I haven't exactly got evidence of myself not stealing my bank.
 
Yeah because we have been arguing for ages to no real end. I was waiting for a mod to answer. I am fine with refunding the service cost but neither me nor my partner took the money from the account so I can't be held liable for it.

I put the money on the account to buy bones for your training. It had been on the account for more than a couple of weeks. If I wanted to scam you I had 5.4b to scam when u started. I did not have to pay my partner 1.2b for the skilling done or do any of the theiv. Also as I said before my partner spent 800m to get bxp on ure account. Half of that bxp is still on the account. He also said he lost about 60m on lotd that he bought with his own money and put on th account. He also lost 300m in uncut dstones since he was using your account to bypass the trade limit for his own account.

Honestly at this point, do you Think we will stop training that we have been doing for a while now and scam out of the blue. Or is it more that you saw there was so much more wealth on the account and decided to make a quick buck?

I've had enough of your constant demands on skype. Me and my friend did not scam you. I can say that for sure. I'm fine with refunding the service cost but it's bullshit that my partner actually looses money by this entire deal even though he had been training for so long, and that you keep constantly accusing him.

I was kindly trying to get some answers from you to which you still haven't replied, its not an argument its a conversation, grow up.

I am not talking about the money that was on the account, 300m of that was mine the other 700m was probably from your friends slayer loot which I have no claim to. That 300m as I said is up for discussion once I can justify that it was your friend who took it. The other 1.15B was on your alt account, and I paid you this at the start for prayer bones and to give me back the rest once you finish. You only managed to get 5.5% prayer complete thus leaving behind roughly 1.117B (D bones equate to roughly 28m-33.3m for 5m xp). You are entitled to pay me this without question so I don't understand why you've excluded it. Because this wasn't the money your friend stole? It was on your alt account.

You're stating that you transferred all of it to the main account? That's not what was agreed upon when I gave you this money, you stated clearly that it will be on an alt account and you will transfer bit by bit when necessary as you don't trust your friend.

Video I'm sure this guy genuinely thinks that his friend's innocent for his businesses sake, and because he will end up paying for him, but the evidence is all there. I'm claiming what I'm entitled to which is 3.6785B, and as for the extra 300m that was on the account which belonged to me, the evidence is above to suggest his friend stole it. RedGiant61 didn't trust him initially, then made the mistake of leaving all of my money on the account without my permission which got stolen, and now he's saying his friend is all trustworthy and loyal because they've done "much business" which is 2 very simple skilling services since March.

This is the reason I don't like wasting time on this. You conveniently forget to read the part where I say I personally have trusted him with 2b osrs and that's why I put the entire amount on the main. Also you said that I can use the money at my own discretion. The only reason I put it on my alt is because I said so.

Facts are that he was doing a service for me in my osrs main and I did not trust him at the point. He used to play when I slept and when I woke up I put my gear on the account and take it out when I go to sleep. I forgot to remove the gear one day but he did nothing. So I just kept all the items which included max range magic and mellee setups and a tb worth 2b osrs. This is the reason I started trusting him. As I said before this money has been on the account for a long time so he could have taken it and my mains money anytime in the past 3 weeks .

Breakdown of ure 1.45b
1.45b in supplies 350mish for gear. You also forget to mention all the augments and supplies wasted to get the augment its perks charge packs. Invention, which I should add we did for free to 99 and we're going to do till 120, costs a lot. Augmenting all armour sets and weapons and charge packs for maintaining them costed easily around 150m to 200m. I told u they would cost a lot and you said u were fine with it.

Remaining money was to buy bones and fund other supplies for slayer.

I've told my part of the story. If a mod needs any more clarification, I will gladly help. But my patience is running out and I'm done wasting my time on you.

I did not at any point state that you could put the entire amount on my account, as soon as you mentioned another person who you don't trust, I told you I'll keep it. You then offered to keep it at an alt account and transfer bit by bit to prevent your friend taking the money. That is what I agreed upon. Its in the evidence, so don't put words in my mouth and say I told you you "can use the money at your own discretion", I never said this and it certainly doesn't mean go against our deal and put all the money in the account. The EVIDENCE clearly states I agreed to you leaving it on your alt account and you take small bits out as and when needed for prayer to avoid theft by your new distrusted friend.

You made a mistake by leaving all my money on the account, found out that your friend didn't steal it straight away so all of a sudden you trusted him and kept it there. It was your fault for going against what we agreed upon, and it was your fault for trusting "your friend".

As for invention, don't try and make out being a nice guy giving me free things, you only did this to speed up slayer, you say it "cost a lot" where did you get my permission to use my money for this? The evidence is all here so maybe open your eyes and realize that you're friend deceived you and your'e just angry that you're held accountable for it.

You say "I told u they would cost a lot and you said u were fine with it", if you actually read the evidence I specifically stated that it's absolutely fine to buy slayer supplies and that it shouldn't amount to a great deal. Nowhere did I give you consent to use my money for invention, you were doing this to speed up slayer and I agreed to that, not the use of my money.

I don't need your life story with your friend, you didn't trust him and so neither did I, then after 2 minor skilling services in 2 months time, you began trusting him. You stated yourself you made a mistake and left all my money on the account, just because he didn't steal it first time doesn't make him a saint. I did not ever give you permission to leave all my money on the account, because your friend is untrustworthy.

You're not in a position to be speaking about patience considering you said you won't refund me for at least a week, so pipe down.
 
The evidence is all against you, so pipe down and refund me the amount you owe me: 3.6785B + 300m which you're friend stole from me. And a word of advice, stop working with your so called "friend" because I can tell you now someone else in the future will be in my position and you will again end up paying out of your own pocket, whilst defending someone who you started trusting after 2 minor skilling tasks.

@video please can you read the evidence I've shown above and confirm with RedGiant61 that he needs to give me the refund of 3.6785B which he owes me, and the additional 300m which his friend stole from my account. I'm sure he's a genuine guy but he made a mistake which he confessed above, then he trusted a untrustworthy friend who he's defending when all the evidence suggests otherwise.
 
So due to this report and me being out of town for the past two days, everyone I am currently doing services for, are now asking for a refund. I've refunded one person a small amount since that was all I have at this point but there's no way in hell I can get that much money together to refund this or any of the other refund requests. I'll try to refund some of the other smaller amounts but I can't get them all and there's no way I'm gonna let this as assole make a profit by cleaning his own account then getting a refund from me. So ban me. Nothing I can do. Sorry to all that got screwed over because of me.

Gonna post this on the other threads and log off of sythe. Sorry again.

YOU OWE ME 3.6785B!! and thats without the money stolen. AT LEAST PAY BACK FOR THE SERVICE YOU DIDN'T COMPLETE.
