I've killed 5k Abbies and have gotten like 3-4 of them. Would give you a drop rate but I'm really not sure. I remember one task I got 0 whips and 2 heads lol.

 

I got 3 abby heads in under 1k kc and 4 heads in under 2k kc and haven't gotten another since for another 3k kc
