red lines on my stomach

I got the same, it's from your skin that rolls when you move,,
I've got it because I just to be more muscular then now. So Ive got more skin because it stretched once you train. I don't know how to get away ( Lay down on the beach instead of sitting )

 

why don't you go to doctor, this might be serious ( cancer or sumtin )

EVERYONE on this thread who has been a bloody idiot will now be infracted.

It's just sitting with your stomach in the same position for prolonged lengths of time. Nothing to worry about, just take regular breaks.

 

hm... idk.
i get the exact same thing when im doing HW and poring over my books... lol.
and when im gaming. i would say im in pretty good shape, 6 feet and i weigh 153 lbs. maybe try losing just a little more weight and they might dissapear.
i also get them when im doing sit-ups so i dont think u really need 2 worry about them. maybe just try running around the block once a day and before summer break... who knows... good luck man.

or... it might be a stomach worms... u never know.

If your losing weight like you say, they will go away. You have to give it time though. . .its not going to happen instantaneously.

Just exercise, do workouts that work the abs and chest.

Get your ass off the comp, stop going to mc donalds, and hit the gym =)

I'm 14, 136 pounds, 5'5''.. I have like a 6 pack, but when i sit down at my computer chair for a long period of time, I'll get the red marks too.. But they go away lol.. I don't go to the beach 1 minute after playin on the computer or somethin, lol.

I used to get it, its from sweat like a sweat rash. You may not notice when your gaming but you can get really hot because of the heat from computer, body heat and just general hot stuff. You can be so into the game you don't even notice or just can't be fucked to do something about it.

Open a window or make sure your room is well ventilated or cooled in some way.

 

that would sound ridiculous to me if my room wasn't as hot as it is. but it made me realize that everyone does say that my room is hot 0.0

unless you bench like 180 , and have 14 inch arms lol, you dont have a six pack.

all you need to do is sit up strait, you're bending over in your chair.
