hey i am currently 88 range and looking to get 99.

whats the best way to do this by using red chins?

maxed mele
99hp
95 prayer
most quests done.
good bank

whats the best way? the best place? the best gear?

and im looking to do this over double xp weekend.

Monkey Madness tunnel is the best place imho. Loads of tutorials on youtube.

 

Zombies in the chaos tunnel are also decent I hear.

 

I went 70 to 87 in monkey madness tunnels in a matter of hours.

Monkeys are the fastest exp but you get no money back. Zombies a little slower but you get some money back
