Recreate automatic PM for new members

I've been thinking about possibly recreating the automatic PM for new members to provide them with threads + quick information about Sythe. The threads will include useful information to help make new members more aware about trading safely along with rules to show them whats allowed/not allowed on Sythe. 98% sure people don't read rules however it's always needed just for that 2% that does. The whole purpose for this automatic PM system is to make new members more aware about scams and how they can prevent them. I see too many new members get scammed and never come back on Sythe again. Yeah there is stickies and what not around the forums but not every new member looks for that stuff because they don't expect to get scammed online. They are virgins to the black market.

I come here to suggest this because banning the scammers will not solve anything. They will continue to come back and evade. I'm here to help make these new members aware and to prevent more scams from happening.

Yes I can get behind this,
it's the same thing with the war drugs,
We can hit the suppliers but it doesn't really work but what we can do is harm prevention.
which has been proven to give a better result in Sweden when they had a large drug problem....
This is a good suggestion.

(also like to state tho isn't there one already?)
