Recovery Question

Ok one of my friends found out my first made recovery questions and password AND Ip from word. He recovered it with those stuff and then i recovered it with Someone knows my recovery questions, got it back. So now can they still recover it back with the same old recover question? I would appreciate if someone helps me.

most likely they can but you never know change you're password a few times, and set a bank pin
