Recovery attempt for user "Rogue"

Ok, so this is a bit tricky for me because of a few different things. Here's a short list of my problems
1.) I have moved from PA to NC and my IP is different
2.) I don't know or don't have the email address I used to make my sythe account
3.) My friend moved down to NC with me and because his Sythe account is already associated with my IP I can't even create a new sythe account (although I'd rather have my old Sythe account if possible)

So as you see I don't have much information to recover my account... here's a list of things I can provide to help recover my account
1.) Past passwords
2.) I can submit a picture of my Photo ID to prove my identity (my name)
3.) my old IP addresses where i used to live usually started with '244' (idk if this helps or not)
4.) I am open to ANY other options you can think of to help my case

Just gonna be honest, that list of small issues are the only things you could recover with.

Use a VPN/VPS and create a new account.
